Refund and Cancellation

Parichay Patra provides a collection of online resources, including matrimony services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service"). Due to nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds or money back.

Our effort is to try and offer you the best service to your satisfaction.

Parichay Patra does not guarantee a full refund, If you change your mind after paying for a certain service, Parichay Patra will act only on the policy here within. Parichay Patra will refund according to the following guidelines:

  1. Parichay Patra will not refund you, if you paid for service and then change your mind.
  2. In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, Parichay Patra will not refund any amount.
  3. If you are not satisfied with service provided by Parichay Patra, you will not get refund.
  4. If you pay in advance for services and any point of time think that you have extra balance in your account that you will no longer need, you will not get refund.
  5. Parichay Patra may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the service it provides, any premium advertising and subscription which breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or where the user breaches any of these Terms or Conditions (and subject to any applicable laws), without refund.
  6. If you made multiple duplicate payments, sometimes this happens due various payment processing related issues, in this case we will refund you full amount which is there in your account.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by direct deposit to your nominated account. Refund payments may take up to seven (7) business days to be received.

If you don't want to continue using any of Parichay Patra services and wish to cancel or have any questions, comments or concerns about our refund and cancellation policy, you may contact us using Facebook Messenger. Be sure to include your full name, contact number and the reason of cancellation. *All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the billing department of Parichay Patra will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
