PARICHAY PATRA DOES NOT VERIFY THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS WITH RESPECT TO USERS’ HEALTH, PHYSICAL CONDITION, OR OTHERWISE.
PARICHAY PATRA ALSO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIVITIES OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR USE IN LOCATIONS WHICH MAY ATTEMPT TO CRIMINALIZE OR LIMIT YOUR PERSONAL INTERACTIONS. Listing Policy and Conduct

Duplicate user profiles are not allowed: Any user create more than one profile would be considered as a Duplicate user profile. All duplicate profiles would be deleted and the your account will be liable for suspension.

Availability of User Profile listing: The free listing service on vadhuvarsuchakkendra.com is available without any guarantee or warranty. We don't assure your Profile will appear on our website all the time as We reserve the right to remove any listing which violates the 'Terms of Use'.

You agree not to post, email, submit, or otherwise make available Content:

that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way;
that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
that constitutes, contains, offers or solicits prostitution; bestiality; child pornography;
that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Parichay Patra employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (this provision does not apply to Content that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures.);

- stolen property, property with serial number removed/altered, burglary tools, etc
- ID cards, licenses, police insignia, government documents, birth certificates, etc
- military items not demilitarized in accord with Defense Department policy
- counterfeit, replica, or pirated items; tickets or gift cards that restrict transfer
- lottery or raffle tickets, sweepstakes entries, slot machines, gambling items
- spam; miscategorized, overposted, cross-posted, or nonlocal content
- postings or email the primary purpose of which is to drive traffic to a website
- postings or email offering, promoting, or linking to unsolicited products or services
- affiliate marketing; network, or multi-level marketing; pyramid schemes
- any good, service, or content that violates the law or legal rights of others
that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

Indemnity

Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms of Use and any action related here to shall be governed by the laws of India without reference to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. Parichay Patra and you hereby agree on behalf of yourselves and any person claiming by or through you that the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from or relating to the Terms of Use or the subject matter hereof shall be adjudicated at an appropriate court located in Akola in the State of Maharashtra, India.
