Hey, I hope you are doing well amid this pandemic & thanks for taking your time. Well, hereby I am trying to describe me in brief. Please be with me for some time.

Hi, I am Tushar, born, brought up & lives in Pune. I am a modern human being who believes in traditions, values and ethics. At the core, I believe & value human-centric approach to life & try to live by the principle. Ethics & Values are equally important along with money. Trust, Transparency, Freedom & patience form base of my life.

Professionally, I am an entrepreneur, by education & profession too. After completing B.E. in mechanical engineering from MIT, Pune in 2014, recently I completed PGDP in design-driven entrepreneurship from DY Patil, Lohegaon.

I worked as a manager with JSW & robotics company (during 2014-2016) in Pune prior to my entrepreneurial journey. After realising my passion, Along with my friends, I co-founded Circadian Comm & Analytics (certainly there are failures before this) which is digital growth, marketing & design firm for hospitals & clinics. Over the last 4+ years, I have worked successfully with hospitals & chains of clinic across Pune, Mumbai & Delhi. Along with directing & managing marketing operations at circadian, I lead patient experience design where we help hospitals to design optimal patient journeys and user experience while crafting meaningful experiences for people in a responsible way.

I have a keen interest in design, behavioural economics, human psychology, history, cultural evolution and anthropology. I love reading business, strategy-oriented books along with self-help. Whenever I am not busy, I try to read and assimilate.

My family is very integral & inseparable part of my life. We are typical Marathi family totalling, mummy, pappa & 3 brothers- of whom 1 (and wife) is married & has 2 little angels. After having financial setbacks we shifted from Mumbai to Pune (our native is Pune). After striving hard through the course of life, we have settled as well to do family. Elder works as design manager cum coordinator at CS jewellers & younger has his own establishment in motor finance recovery. They are settled in their lives. We hail from Mulshi & we don’t any agriculture land (we do have, but it's very marginal)

I am looking for a girl who believes that it's possible to rise like a phoenix from any situation, who would show and keep faith in mine & her abilities & skills. Her beliefs & energies are very important to me as I believe in connections than anything. She must continue her job or business after marriage. Because having a business or job is more than a mere way to earn money. We should share & support each dream & lead a happy life.
